Locking editing for users who aren't signed in
Hello Everyone.
It's been a while since I've made a blog post/announcement like this, and it's unfortunate that it has to be under these circumstances. Due to the actions of a single very dedicated user, I am changing the wiki's settings so that only signed in users can edit. I believe this also applies to comment sections and walls. This one user in particular has vandalised several pages on many occasions, and has spammed comments on said pages. They are also one of the reasons that the Eurobeat Wiki has its comments disabled. So in order to circumvent this, I am making this change, so that if they wish to continue doing what they are doing now, they will have to make an account, which will make them easier to block (as currently their IP…
Initial D Wiki's 12th Anniversary and Street Stage Competition
Hello everyone! Haven't done one of these in a while.
On June 10th on my Twitch I'll be celebrating the Wiki's 12th Birthday with a stream. In conjunction with this I am currently running a Street Stage competition that you can join on the Wiki's Discord server or you can DM me personally over Discord or Twitter. I hope to see some of you join!
The Eurobeat Wiki and Music pages
Hello everyone,
Just writing to make you all aware of my adoption of the Eurobeat Wiki and the future of music pages on this wiki. I feel that there may be too many pages on this wiki about songs that appear in its soundtrack, so I think that having a separate place where these songs can be listed would be a lot better, and would allow this wiki to be focused more on the series itself. Over the coming months I will be building pages on the Eurobeat Wiki and moving content from here to there. I also invite any of you who are interested in helping to join me in building up the Eurobeat Wiki.
Also with this I would like to announce that we will be affiliating with a few similar wiki's, including the Eurobeat Wiki.
Thanks for reading,
Jack
An introduction and invitation
Hello everyone,
You may already know me, but for those of you that don’t, my name is Jack, although many people call me Branch. I’ve been an editor on here since last May, an admin (sysop if you’re picky) since last November, and (as of around a week or so ago) I am now the Bureaucrat of this wiki. I hope that I will be able to make the wiki better whilst I am Bureaucrat, although I won't be able to do it alone, so I appreciate any and all editors, no matter how small the edits that are made.
I would like to invite all editors of the wiki (and anyone else who
sees this) to the new Initial D Wiki Discord server. I’ve been
wanting to have a place where wiki users and editors can talk about
the series and the wiki itself for quite a while, so…
Your New Wiki Manager
Good timezone appropriate greeting everyone! I'm TyA and I've been assigned as the Initial D Wiki's Wiki Manager. My job is to serve as a liaison between your community and full time fandom staff as well as helping you in anyway I can. Some things I can help you with include wiki bots, templates, wiki themes, and anything else you need help with. If I can't personally help you, I'll do my best to get someone who can.
So if you are in need of any assistance, feel free to leave a
message on my talk
page or contact me on Discord (@ty#0768

look forward to working with you all. :)
SilEighty (more info)

Nissan did make an official version of the SilEighty. Around 400-4,000 were made, and they can fetch high amounts at auctions. Instead of 180SX as the rear badge, Sileighty was shown instead. And Nissan factory modified the SR20DET engine to make 24.2 more hp
A Little Plague
I expected this wiki to be a very big one, but that didn't make out to be true. Here's the little plague of this wiki:
Instead of fully detailed pages, mostly on characters, many of them are too short, and have no biography. What's worse is that many pictures are out of place. Some of the photos are (So-called) related, but not from Initial D manga, anime, or games. I recommend you not to add any images outside of the series' media, like Forza and etc. , except Easter Eggs in other media like School Rumble, which has AE86 similar to Takumi's appeared in the first episode. Though, real life pictures still can be a good thing to add for cars and locations.
I did some little or major changes on some pages recently. Nope, I cannot really fix them a…
I am a fan of Initial D!
In 2006, I watching on Initial D from Animax, right? I know when I was 13, I saw AE86 is strong, by Jose! I can't believe it, Takumi Fujiwara is main hero of Initial D.
Initial D Returns with Stage 5
After a ludicrously long 6 year hiatus, the studio that brought you all the way to Stage Four in the Initial D series has continued production of the show! The first two episodes have been released for your viewing pleasure! The show continues exactly where it left off, amidst Keisuke Takahashi and Takumi Fujiwara's full on intent of becoming the greatest Touge Drivers in all of Japan.
Think they got what it takes? Take a look at the first two episodes below!
