Three Meet on Mount Myogi (三つどもえ 戦慄の妙義!!, Mitsudomoe Senritsu no Myōgi!!, "Three Way Battle - The Terrifying Myogi!!") is the seventy-seventh chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Kenta tries to pull away from the Eight-Six, and enters into the next corner. His car slides in the rain, allowing Takumi to take the inside and pass him, narrowly avoiding a collision. Kenta contemplates his loss, and realises that another car is following behind him. As the car overtakes him, he realises that it's a Lancer Evolution IV, and he wonders who the driver was.
At the gas station the next day, Itsuki talks with Iketani and Kenji about the race. They ask Itsuki about the experience of being in the Eight-Six while racing, and he tells them that he was scared. When he mentions sitting in the back, Kenji theorises that Takumi would have been distracted with him at the front. Yuichi realises that Takumi put him in the back to add more weight to the rear. Kenji and Iketani ask Itsuki about the Evo IV.
