No Chance (勝率0パーセント!!, Shōritsu 0 Pāsento!!, "0 percent win rate!!") is the eighty-second chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
At 4AM on Akina, Yuichi and Suzuki watch as Takumi performs his delivery runs. Suzuki is amazed by his skill, and thinks he's as good as Bunta.
A few days later at the gas station, Iketani and Kenji keep talking about upgrading the Eight-Six with a turbocharger. Yuichi tells them to drop the subject, but Iketani says that the Eight-Six is all that the Speed Stars have. He explains to him that Takumi wouldn't stand a chance against the Evo IV without more power in the straightaways, and that even a car like the GT-R wouldn't be able to go toe to toe with it.
