The Evo IV Attacks (エボIV出撃, Ebo IV Shutsugeki, "Evo IV Sortie") is the eighty-third chapter of Initial D.

Plot[]

At the gas station, Yuichi thinks about what Kenji and Iketani had said. He wonders what Bunta had meant before, and tries to think of a way to convince Bunta to upgrade the Eight-Six.

On Myogi, Nakazato faces off with Seiji on the uphill. Because of his previous losses, Nakazato now doubts his own ability, and keeps making mistakes in his attempts to catch up to the EVO IV. Seiji is able to keep increasing the distance between him and his opponent. Nakazato makes yet another mistake, and ends up colliding with the concrete wall along the site of the road.

Seiji asks the Night Kids for a copy of their team sticker, and cuts it in half. He sticks it onto his rear wing, comparing it to a victory marking on a fighter plane. He tells them that Emperor will beat every racer in Gunma by the end of the month.
