Killer Move: The Ditch Drop, Part Two! (必殺ミゾ落としパート2!!, Hissatsu Mizo Otoshi Pāto 2!!, "Deadly Gutter Drop Part 2!!") is the ninety-first chapter of Initial D.

Plot[]

Keisuke repeats something Ryosuke had said, that the truly fast driver isn't quick in the straights or the corners, but in a third area of the course. He asks Kenta if he knows what the third area is, but he isn't able to answer. Fumihiro answers correctly, the links in-between corners, and Keisuke tells him that Ryosuke thinks this is Takumi's specialty. He speaks from experience, saying that trying to pull away from him will only lead to frustration and wearing down your tires.

Seiji is annoyed that he's unable to lose Takumi, and keeps trying to push his car even further. He realises his tires aren't gripping the road as they used to, and decides to use his lead not to leave Takumi behind, but simply to remain in front until the end.

Kenta doesn't understand how an Eight-Six could pass an Evo IV that was ahead of it, even with the advantage of the downhill. Fumihiro thinks Kenta might have a point, but Keisuke tells the pair to just watch and see, as the race will answer the question for them.

Seiji realises that Takumi is gaining on him during his entry to the turns. Takumi is amazed by how fast his opponent is, noting that he's even fast leaving a turn. He decides to use a gutter technique that his dad had taught him.
