The Agony of Tsukamoto-senpai (悶絶 塚本先輩, Monzetsu Tsukamoto Senpai, "Tsukamoto-senpai faints") is the ninety-sixth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Takumi asks if Natsuki is sure, and tells her that if she wants him to stop at any point he'll do so. Takumi starts to chase the Silvia, and Tsukamoto is terrified by his speed. Tsukamoto is amazed that his car can perform so well in the corners. He wonders what kind of guy Takumi is, as he seems completely confident behind the wheel. The occupants of the other car are surprised by how quickly they were caught. Takumi pulls alongside the S13, and blocks it from the inside. As they pass the S13, Natsuki mocks the passenger. Natsuki is thrilled by the race, and is amazed by how good of a driver Takumi is. Takumi asks her if she was scared, and she tells him that she felt like she was on a rollercoaster. Takumi decides not to wake up the fainted Tsukamoto, but realises how good it feels to drive a car with more horsepower.
At the Fujiwara Tofu Store, Suzuki tells Bunta that he's impressed with Takumi's driving, but he thinks he'll burn out the engine. Bunta agrees, and says that he didn't think Takumi would be as good as he is for another few years. Suzuki wonders if Takumi will lose before the engine blows up.
