Racing Down!! (戦闘力低下!!, Sentō Ryoku Teika!!, "Declining Fighting Strength!!") is the one hundred and thirty-ninth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Takumi notices that Wataru is driving more aggressively than he was in the first lap. He realises that the third lap will be the last, and he refuses to lose. Takumi chases after Wataru, but a brief lapse in concentration causes the Eight-Six to bounce, losing contact with the road. Takumi focuses, but realises that his tire feels off.
Kazumi thinks about Wataru and his Eight-Six. She remembers him telling her that he loves his car, and that he intends to drive it until it can't drive anymore. He told her that he put a turbocharger in because he needs the power.
