Chapter 150

Power under Pressure!! (試される実力!!, Tamesa Reru Jitsuryoku!!, "Put to The Test!!") is the one hundred and fiftieth chapter of Initial D.

Plot[]

Kyoichi tells Takumi that he'll allow him to start in front, saying that he won't stand a chance without it, and if he's still ahead by the time they reach the finish line past the courses third bridge then he wins.

The race begins, and Kyoichi notices the Eight-Six's increased power, but he remains unimpressed by the car.

On Akagi, Ryosuke tells Keisuke that while the downhill on Irohazaka demands precise timing, the course is relatively simple, as it is almost entirely winding roads and hairpin turns. He compares the course to a gymkhana, which he notes that Kyoichi is skilled in. Ryosuke thinks that while Kyoichi has a major advantage on the course, Takumi's engine is an element that is difficult to account for.
