The Prodigy Vs. The Iron Man (天才VS鉄人, Tensai VS Tetsujin, "Genius vs Iron Man") is the one hundred and fifty-third chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Kyoichi finally understands what Takumi had meant, that the Eight-Six really is different now. He says that he's changed his approach to straightaways since his battle with Ryosuke. He refuses to lose to anyone again, especially on his home course. Takumi powers through the corners, using weight shifting to allow him to drift through, in an attempt to lose as little speed as possible. Kyoichi is surprised by Takumi's technique, but is disappointed he wont see much speed.
Elsewhere on the mountain, Seiji is informed by another member of Emperor that the race has reached the second half of the course. They are surprised that the race is still ongoing, but Seiji tells him that because Takumi is one of the fastest racers in Gunma, Kyoichi is likely using a simulation to beat him.
