Ditch Daredevils (埋もれた実力者, Umoreta Jitsuryokusha, "Hidden Talent") is the one hundred and ninety-seventh chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Toru thinks that as long as he can stay in the lead he can set the pace and win. The narrator explains that the advantages of the Roadster over the Eight-Six, including its light weight design, matched with Toru's drifting technique make it a powerful opponent.
At the starting line, Ryosuke explains to Fumihiro that the section of the course where the gutters are exposed will be the deciding point of the race. He says that they will need to shift the weight in their cars, which while dangerous, is something he believes Takumi and Keisuke can pull off. He says that's why they're Project D's double aces.
Toru pushes his Roadster to the limit, thrilling the onlookers.
