Relentless (イカれてる奴はどっちだ!?, Ikareteru Yatsu ha Docchi da!?, "Who's The Crazy One!?") is the one hundred and ninety-eighth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Toru is surprised that the Eight-Six has been able to keep up with him for so long, and he commends both the car and driver. He gets the feeling Takumi is waiting to make a move.
At the top of the course, Atsuro hears from a lookout that the two cars are halfway through the course. Shinichi is shocked that Takumi is still so close to Toru, and Atsuro feels the same way.
Takumi maintains his distance from Toru, just close enough to be a threat. He suddenly accelerates, closing the gap between him and Toru.
