Taking the Ditches! (落とし穴側溝を攻略せよ!!, Otoshiana Sokkō wo Kōryaku Seyo!!, "Go Seize That Lidless Gutter!!") is the two hundredth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Takumi sticks with Toru through the corners.
At the start line, Fumihiro asks Ryosuke what his plan regarding the gutters is.
Atsuro tells Shinichi that Toru still isn't able to lose the Eight-Six, and realises that they underestimated Project D. Shinichi points out that the Eight-Six has to pass him or they'll just go into a second round, and he doesn't see Toru allowing himself to be passed.
The two cars enter the section of the course with uncovered gutters, and Takumi sees his opportunity.
Ryosuke tells Fumihiro that there is a way of mastering the gutters.
