The Frightening Power of Daiki!! (恐るべし大輝の実力!!, Osorubeshi Daiki no Jitsuryoku!!, "Daiki's Incredible Ability!!") is the two hundred and sixteenth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Daiki is surprised by how young Takumi is, and feels almost guilty. Fumihiro tells him that Project D want to start with the downhill, and offer Daiki the choice of whether he wants to lead on follow on the first run. He is surprised by being given the choice, but decides to follow. Daiki notices how confidently Takumi carries himself, and thinks that their race will be interesting. Fumihiro calls Ryosuke at the bottom of the course and tells him who is in lead. Ryosuke asks to speak with Takumi, and passes on some advice. Takumi tells Fumihiro that he can tell Daiki is good just by looking at him.
Fumihiro instructs Takumi to drive up to the first corner, which will be the start line. Daiki wonders how good Takumi will be. The race starts, and Fumihiro tells Ryosuke that it's all in Takumi's hands.
