The Turning Point (ターニングポイント, Tāningu Pointo, "Turning Point") is the two hundred and fifty-first chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Tomoyuki admires how good the Eight-Six's transmission is, as it is able to take the turns in a lower gear than the Civic. The two cars approach the turn around point, going around the cone marker one after the other, with little distance between them. Tomoyuki notices how intensely Takumi is following him, and remarks that he reminds him of himself when he was younger. He commends his speed, but notes that it takes more than just speed to be a professional.
