Dawn of the Eight Five Turbo (ハチゴーターボ, Hachi Gō Tābo, "Eight-Five Turbo") is the two hundred and sixtieth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
The Impreza passes the Eight-Six, and Takumi admits defeat, as he won't be able to catch up.
Takumi returns home, only to find that Bunta is missing.
That evening, Bunta calls Masashi and tells him that he'll take the car, as it's grown on him.
Takumi heads to the gas station to meet the SpeedStars. Iketani and Kenji tell him that Itsuki is away picking up his newly turbocharged Eight-Five. Kenji asks why the results of his last battle aren't on Project D's website, as beating a professional is big news, but Takumi is unsure. Takumi feels indifferent about his victory on Happogahara, as his battle with the Impreza, his first ever loss on Akina, has destroyed his confidence. Itsuki turns up, and is excited to see what his car can do.
