The Prince Who Rode the Rotary (Part Two) (ロータリーに乗った王子様 (後編), Rōtarī ni Notta Ōji Sama (Kōhen), "The Prince Who Drove a Rotary (Continued)") is the two hundred and sixty-sixth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Kyoko pulls up to the parking lot, noting the colour of the other RX-7. She gets out and begins looking around for something, catching the attention of Fumihiro and Keisuke, who had found a phone earlier. Keisuke approaches her and tells her that they'd handed a lost phone into the café, and asks if it was hers. Kyoko thanks him, and lets it slip that she was up in the mountains the previous night, before heading off to grab her phone. Kyoko returns to thank him again, but Fumihiro and Keisuke are leaving, leaving an enamoured Kyoko to wonder if she's met the right guy for her.
Keisuke drives down Sadamine while a scared Fumihiro handles the recording.
At her job, one of Kyoko's co-workers asks her if she found her phone, but seeing that she's in a daze, tells her to leave early.
On Sadamine, the local team anticipate Project D's arrival. One of their members, Nobuhiko Akiyama, is interested to see if they are as good as their reputation. The other members wonder where Kyoko is.
At the café, Kyoko tells her friend about Keisuke, and that she's fallen for him. Kyoko receives a call from Nobuhiko, who tells her about Project D.
