Target: Eight Six (Part Two) (ハチロク包囲網 (後編), Hachi Roku Hōi Mō (Kōhen), "Eight-Six Under Siege (Continued)") is the two hundred and eighty-seventh chapter of Initial D.

Plot[]

Nobuhiko says that he thinks he has an unbeatable strategy for a race with the Eight-Six. He explains that the reason Takumi has been able to win is because his of his car's weight, as it is always lighter than his opponents. He asks Sakamoto if he's driven an FR before, and is glad to hear that he has. He leads the pair out to the café, and shows them the car that he wants to use. Wataru and Sakamoto are both surprised by his choice.

Sakamoto practices in the car, a Suzuki Cappuccino, on Maze Pass, and Wataru is impressed by the car. He says that all Sakamoto needs is practice on the course and then he'll be up for the task of taking down the Eight-Six. Wataru tells Nobuhiko that it'll be up to him to coordinate, as he'll need to focus on his own race with the FD.
