Plot[]
Sakamoto is amazed that Takumi is catching up to him, as he is going as fast as he possibly can, barely keeping his traction.
Wataru tells Kazumi that the rain has really thrown off their plans, as it is significantly easier to spin out.
Unable to lose Takumi, Sakamoto begins to panic.
