Lonely and Confused (Part Two) (混乱と孤独, Konran to Kodoku (Kōhen), "Confusion and Loneliness (Continued)") is the three hundred and twenty-third chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Takumi practices on Akina's downhill, and compares the Impreza's performance to that of the Eight-Six.
Takumi returns home, and Bunta asks how what he thinks of the car. Takumi tells him that it performs well, but that he doesn't want to drive it anymore, as the Eight-Six is good enough for the deliveries and the Impreza makes him feel weird. Bunta calls him a coward, and says that he is too worried about staying in his comfort zone to improve his driving. He says that he won't force him to drive the car.
Two days later at the gas station, Takumi receives a call from Fumihiro, who tells him that their races that weekend have been cancelled due to the rain. Takumi feels relieved, as he doesn't know if he could have won. He tells Itsuki and Iketani that he's free to hang out with them, but Itsuki has a date with Kazumi.
