Time's Up! (タイムリミット, Taimu Rimitto, "Time Limit") is the three hundred and thirty-ninth chapter of Initial D.

Plot

The Project D support staff work hard at soaking up all of the oil on the road, but Ryosuke knows that it won't all go away until it next rains.

Takumi practices at 3/4ths his normal speed, devoting all his focus to winning his race.

At 10AM the next day, Fumihiro and Matsumoto talk about the FD, as Keisuke still intends to fix it. Matsumoto admits that they won't be able to fix the car in time, and even if they could it wouldn't be good enough to race. The pair head down the course to help out.

Tomiguchi tells Fumihiro and Matsumoto that Kenta has headed back to Gunma to pick up some parts they had ordered, which should allow them to get the FD moving again. Takumi pulls up, and asks if he can help at all, but Keisuke tells him that he should rest up for the race. He admits that they probably won't be able to fix the FD, but that he wants to try, as he can't stand still while Project D lose their flawless win record.
