Steering With the Strong Hand (ワンハンドステア, Wanhandosutea, "One Hand Steer") is the three hundred and seventy-second chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Takumi and Joshima speed through the course.
Sakai brings up Joshima's unique driving technique: he only uses his right hand to steer. Daiki is surprised, as he doesn't understand why or how he could drive purely with one hand.
Joshima demonstrates his single-handed steering, flawlessly following Takumi through a corner.
Daiki guesses that Joshima must drift, but Sakai corrects him, saying that Joshima's technique is somewhere in-between drifting and gripping.
At the top of the course, Hoshino comments that while people might think Joshima's technique is odd, he's absurdly skilled at using it, being able to take even the tightest corners with perfect accuracy.
