Battle Without End (Part Two) (エンドレスバトル (後編), Endoresu Batoru (Kōhen), "Endless Battle (Continued)") is the three hundred and eighty-ninth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Joshima's head is still messed up from being passed the previous lap, but he decides to floor it and lose Takumi. Takumi can barely tell which lap he is on, but vows not to give up, as he knows his opponent must be more tired than he is. Takumi keeps pace with Joshima.
Fumihiro worries that the Eight-Six might break down if the race goes on for too long, but Matsumoto tells him the car is in great condition. He is concerned that the car's suspension might not last much longer if Takumi keeps using the gutters.
