Return of the Eight Six (Part Two) (ハチロク復活 (後編), Hachi Roku Fukkatsu (Kōhen), "The Eight-Six is Revived (Continued)") is the four hundred and thirty-first chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Takumi asks Bunta if he can borrow the Impreza, but Bunta tells him he needs it to go somewhere. Takumi deduces that he's going to go to the bar, and reminds him that drunk driving is illegal. Bunta relents, but tells him to bring it back with a full tank.
At 8PM, Takumi arrives at a café in Saitama. Mika thanks him for coming, and explains the whole situation between her friend Tomoko and the impostor. Takumi tells her that Project D are trying to track them down, and they will make the impostor apologise to Tomoko. Mika says she was glad that he wasn't the one who broke Tomoko's heart, and apologises for slapping him so hard. She explains that she's played golf since she was a kid, practicing all of the time at her father's behest. Takumi says they have something in common, as Bunta had made him drive since he was a kid.
Fumihiro calls Ryosuke to tell him the Eight-Six is repaired, which he is happy to hear. Ryosuke lets him know that they have the impostors license plates, and says that he will let Keisuke deal with it.
