Information Wars (Part Three) (情報戦 (後編), Jōhō Sen (Kōhen), "Information Warfare (Conclusion)") is the four hundred and fifty-first chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Matsumoto and Fumihiro are both impressed by how Takumi handles the newly upgraded Eight-Six, as they think the changes would make it harder to control. Ryosuke explains that Takumi's idea of "easy to drive" might just mean faster. The trio are interested to see Takumi's continued growth.
Takumi and Keisuke take their practice runs, constantly being recorded by scouts along the road.
Fumihiro asks Ryosuke if he is ok with the data collection, but he says that they're wasting their time, as a racer drives differently in practice than they do in an actual race. He thinks that they must be collecting data for a later race, not the current one, and so they will have time to adjust if needed.
