Moment of Decision (決戦当日, Kessen Tōjitsu, "Day of the Battle") is the four hundred and fifty-second chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Omiya and Kobayakawa are impressed by Project D's skills. One of Team 246's members asks about the guys taking Project D's times, and Omiya imagines they're trying to get into their heads.
Project D's practice runs come to an end.
The next day, in Saitama, Mika meets with Tomoko, who thinks the picture she took of Takumi is much more handsome than his impostor. Mika tells her that Takumi is racing in Kanagawa, and asks Tomoko if she'd come with her to teach her more about racing. Tomoko is surprised, as she'd never shown an interest in racing before.
On Yabitsu, Takumi and Matsumoto walk down the course in order to get a closer look at the road. Takumi is excited to race on the course, as the width of the road can change from two lanes to one in an instant.
That evening, both teams prepare for the uphill. Keisuke is displeased that he will be racing another Lancer Evolution, not because he is tired of them, but because they are very fast.
