The Mid-Engine Specialist (Part 2) (ミッドシップスペシャリスト (後編), Middoshippu Supesharisuto (Kōhen), "Midship Specialist (Continued)") is the four hundred and ninety-second chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Project D arrive on Nagao, and they greet the members of Katagiri. Takumi is surprised to see Kai.
Takumi and Keisuke head off on their practice runs. Fumihiro and Ryosuke both recognise Kai, and Fumihiro comments that both of their opponents are professional drivers. While he thinks they would lose on the circuit, Ryosuke doesn't believe they have anything to worry about on the mountains.
