Practice (Part 2) (プラクティス (後編), Purakutisu (Kōhen), "Practice (Continued)") is the four hundred and ninety-fourth chapter of Initial D.

Plot

Fumihiro shows the rest of the Project D crew the cabin they will be staying in during their races in Kanagawa. The team marvel over the cabin's view of Mount Fuji before Fumihiro tells them to eat and go to sleep.

At the Fujiwara Tofu Store, Bunta is surprised to receive a phone call from Ken Kogashiwa.

Kenji arrives at the gas station, bringing the SpeedStars new information about Project D's upcoming races on Nagao. Itsuki and Iketani are surprised to here that Takumi will be going up against Kai Kogashiwa again, and that he now drives an MR-S. Itsuki wonders why Kai seems to only drive MRs, but Iketani tells him that the MR-S is a tough opponent on the downhill.

At 3PM in the cabin, Keisuke finishes taking a shower. Fumihiro asks about Takumi, but Keisuke says he's still asleep, commenting that he always seems to fall asleep before him but still manages to wake up later. Keisuke says he wants to get a look at Nagao before it gets dark, so they decide to head out at 4:30. Fumihiro finishes preparing food, and invites them to help themselves. Takumi finally wakes up, and slips on the ladder as he climbs out of bed, causing Keisuke to laugh.
