Takumi Rides Forth (拓海出撃, Takumi Shutsugeki, "Takumi Attacks") is the four hundred and ninety-fifth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
On Nagao, the beginning of the race approaches, and the crowd are excited to see how the members of Katagiri race.
Kenta comments that Ryosuke seems unbothered by the situation, but Fumihiro reminds him that they've faced professionals before and won. He imagines most of the crowd are unaware of their history, and thinks Ryosuke will give everyone a race to remember.
At the downhill's starting line Fumihiro asks Kai to choose which position he'd like to start in. He instead chooses to flip a coin to decide his position, which lands on tails, meaning he will be chasing. Fumihiro takes his forgoing of the choice as confidence, but Ryosuke believes he just wants a completely even battle.
The countdown begins.
