The Fujiwara Zone (Part 2) (藤原ゾーン (後編), Fujiwara Zōn (Kōhen), "Fujiwara Zone (Continued)") is the four hundred and ninety-ninth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Bunta asks why Ken didn't stop Kai from racing Takumi, as if anything goes wrong Kai's job could be at risk. He tells Ken that he seems to care more about the race than he does, and if he wants to brag about his son he can do so without getting on a high horse about it.
Takumi and Kai pass by a group of Project D fans, who are thrilled by Takumi's driving. Some of the locals are annoyed by the fans, as they think Kai is much faster.
