Itching To Take A Swing (打ちたいけどうてない, Uchitai Kedo Utenai, "I want to hit, but I can't") is the six hundred and seventh chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
The other golfer notices that Takumi is with Mika, and thinks she's cute. Mika notices him staring, and thinks he's creepy. Too distracted by Mika, he misses his friends swing, and steps up to take his own. He messes up his first swing, which makes Mika laugh. His second shot falls much shorter than he thought. Takumi messes up his own shot, but Mika is annoyed that the other golfer is looking down on Takumi for being a beginner.
At the gas station, Iketani thinks it makes sense for Takumi to half golfing gloves in his car, as he is dating a golfer. Yuichi imagines that the last thing Takumi would want to think about on a date is cars, and Iketani agrees that it would be tiring to think about cars all the time. Itsuki says he thinks about cars all the time and never gets tired of it, but Iketani comments that he isn't getting any faster either.
