Entry Refused (Part 2) (出走拒否 (後編), Shussō Kyohi (Kōhen), "Refusing to Race (Continued)") is the six hundred and twenty-fifth chapter of Initial D.

Plot[]

At 7:30PM, a member of Sidewinder approaches Kubo, telling him that Shinji hasn't shown up after leaving his home. Kubo imagines he isn't motivated, and instructs them to select a replacement driver just in case, as he will wait for Shinji until the last possible second.

Daiki Ninomiya, Tomoyuki Tachi and Smiley Sakai watch as Go and Keisuke pass eachother going in different directions. Daiki asks Sakai how he thinks the race will go, as he is the only one of them who has actually raced Keisuke. Sakai imagines Keisuke has changed since their race, but says that he's the type of racer who springs for a chance when he sees it. He thinks the NSX is unstoppable, but the driver will always give an opening, and Project D is good at making openings.

Go returns to the Daikanzan Observation Deck, and tells Kubo that the NSX is tuned perfectly. He asks about Shinji, and Kubo admits that he hasn't arrived.
