Back To Basics (原点回帰, Genten Kaiki, "Returning to the Start") is the six hundred and forty-sixth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Rin correctly guesses that Go hadn't been able to lose Keisuke, so the race will continue into its second lap. He thinks this will be good for Go, as now with his mind blank he should be able to return to basics.
At the start line, Kubo apologises for Go for his strategy failing, but Go brushes it off, as the car is set up perfectly and he hasn't lost yet. Keisuke tells Fumihiro that he has no chance of winning if the race continues into the second round, but he admits that this is the happiest he's been in a race since Project D started. Fumihiro gives the countdown, and the second round of the uphill begins.
Ryosuke is proud of Keisuke for coming so far, and echos what he had said about a third round.
