Fake Takumi Fujiwara's Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX (AE86) is the third AE86 of the series and is a car used by the Takumi Fujiwara imposter, in order to impersonate the real Project D.
History[]
Fake Project D owned a Trueno AE86 and an FD3S RX7 similar model to that of the original Project D's, but had different modifications. Fake Project D came to Saitama Prefecture to steal the glory of the real Project D. After finding out about them the real Project D was able to shut them down.
Specs[]
The car is a kouki (a late, facelift model) Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX 3door hatchback, chassis code AE86. It is painted in High-Tech Two-Tone, a black and white "panda style" colour scheme, because of this it is often called the Panda Trueno.
Engine[]
The Trueno is fitted with a first generation 1.6L litre, 16 valve Bluetop 4A-GEU. It's output is unknown, but a stock model could produce 130PS.
Custom Parts[]
- SSR Type F Wheels[1] (Custom in games)[2]
- Custom Muffler[2]
- Custom Project D Sticker attached to the windshield

Trivia[]
- In both the Arcade Stage series and Initial D The Arcade, this car uses the zenki (an early, pre-facelift model) version of the Sprinter Trueno, with the Kouki parts added onto it. This is likely to save time as both cars are identical apart from the body parts, as well as how the only other 3door Trueno driver, the real Takumi Fujiwara, drives a Zenki 3door Trueno.
