Anime and Manga Differences[]
- In Act 1, the flashback with Takumi and Natsuki Mogi talking at Lake Akina is different than the Third Stage and manga version. In the Third Stage after Takumi told his dream to Natsuki, she ran to hug Takumi and they make a promise to meet again in future while in the manga Takumi told Natsuki his dream inside his car.
- Most scenes involving Kyoko Iwase and her Friend aren't adapted to the anime.
- In the manga, the race between Keisuke Takahashi and Kozo Hoshino takes place after the race between Takumi Fujiwara and Dr. Toshiya Joshima. The order of these battles are switched.
