The Honda Civic is a line of cars produced by Honda since 1972. The fifth generation of the Civic ran from 1991 to 1995. The highest performance model of the fifth generation Civic was the SiR-II.

- Shingo Shoji drives a 1995 Milano Red Honda Civic SiR-II EG6, which he uses as part of the Myogi NightKids.
- One of Impact Blue’s opponents in First Stage drives a white EG6.

Cars can be upgraded with different parts, both internal and external, to make the car perform better. The early games offer the player a choice between several courses of upgrades that they would like their car to have, whereas later games give a wider range of options, with players being able to pick what upgrades they want whenever they want them.
