The Honda S2000 (AP1), known simply as the S2000 or the S2K, was the first model of the Honda S2000 line.

The Honda S2000 is an open top sports car that was manufactured by Honda from 1999 to 2009. It was released to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary. The AP1 was the original version of the S2000, released from 1999 to 2003. It was facelifted in 2004, with new facelifted models being known under the AP2 chassis code.

Cars can be upgraded with different parts, both internal and external, to make the car perform better. The early games offer the player a choice between several courses of upgrades that they would like their car to have, whereas later games give a wider range of options, with players being able to pick what upgrades they want whenever they want them.
