Initial D Battle Stage 2 (頭文字D Battle Stage 2, Inisharu D Battle Stage 2) is a 2007 Japanese compilation OVA and the seventh installment in the anime adaptation of the Initial D manga by Shuichi Shigeno. It was released direct-to-video on May 30, 2007, and was animated by A.C.G.T and directed by Initial D Third Stage and Battle Stage director Fumitsugu Yamaguchi. The OVA is a compilation of all the battles from Initial D Fourth Stage, along with several races from the manga that were not depicted in Fourth Stage. Unlike the first Battle Stage, this installment does not feature any reanimated battles.

- In the opening sequence, several scenes that were not included in the OVA are shown, such as the moment when Takumi breaks the suspension of his Eight-Six.
- In Takumi's battle against Tomoyuki Tachi, the "Go!" is said by Fumihiro, although Sakai is responsible for the countdown.
- For Takumi’s battle against Toshiya Joshima, only rounds 2 and 7 are depicted in the OVA, likely due to time constraints and concerns that the actual ending of round 8 might be underwhelming. However, the outcome is still presented in the typing epilogue.
- In the same race, Joshima’s surname is misspelled as "Toshiya Jyojima".
- In the credits, "Lonely Night 2006" was credited as "Lonely Night 2005".
