Initial D Fourth Stage Vol. 12 is the twelfth and final video release for Initial D Fourth Stage. It includes Acts 23 and 24 of the anime and had three different releases: it was first released for rental on both VHS and DVD on April 14, 2006, and later released for retail on DVD on April 19, 2006.[1] The release features the second third and final half of the battle between Takumi Fujiwara and Toshiya Joshima.
The retail release peaked at number eight on the Oricon DVD Chart with an estimated 13,960 units sold in its first week.[2][3] It remained on the charts for a total of 8 weeks, with total sales estimated at 23,471 units.[4][5]
