Initial D Fourth Stage Vol. 3 is the third video release for Initial D Fourth Stage. It includes Acts 5 and 6 of the anime and had three different releases: it was first released for rental on both VHS and DVD on October 8, 2004, and later released for retail on DVD on October 20, 2004.[1] The release features the battle between Takumi Fujiwara and Tomoyuki Tachi.
The retail release peaked at number seven on the Oricon DVD Chart with an estimated 16,039 units sold in its first week.[2] It remained on the charts for a total of 9 weeks, with total sales estimated at 26,692 units.[3][4]
