Initial D Second Stage Sound Files is the eighth soundtrack album for the Initial D series, released on November 25, 1999, by Avex Mode. It is the third Initial D Sound Files album and features the original score composed by Ryuichi Katsumata for Initial D Second Stage. The album also includes the TV edit of the opening theme, "Blazin' Beat" by m.o.v.e.
The album peaked at number fourty-eight on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart and remained on the chart for a total of 3 weeks.[1]
