Initial D Second Stage Vol. 3 is the third rental video release for Initial D Second Stage. It includes Acts 8 through 10 of the anime and was first released on VHS on April 14, 2000, and later on DVD on March 14, 2001.[1] The release features the second half of the battle between Ryosuke Takahashi and Kyoichi Sudo, and the impromptu battle between Keisuke Takahashi and Wataru Akiyama.
