Initial D Second Stage Vol. 4 is the fourth and final rental video release for Initial D Second Stage. It includes Acts 11 through 13 of the anime and was first released on VHS on May 12, 2000, and later on DVD on April 18, 2001.[1] The release features the final battle of Second Stage between Takumi Fujiwara and Wataru Akiyama.
