Initial D Sound Files Vol 1 is the second soundtrack album for the Initial D series, released on July 29, 1998, by Avex Tune. It is the first Initial D Sound Files album and features the original score composed by Ryuichi Katsumata for Initial D First Stage and TV edits of the opening and ending themes, "Around the world" and "Rage Your Dream" by m.o.v.e. It also includes Natsuki Mogi's theme "Natsu no Initial", by her voice actress, Ayako Kawasumi.
