Initial D Volume.04 "vs SILEIGHTY" is the fourth non-rental VHS video release release for Initial D First Stage. It includes Acts 16 through 20 of the anime and was released on March 3, 1999.[1] In line with the title, the VHS features Takumi Fujiwara's battle with Impact Blue.
The release peaked at number thirteen on the Oricon Sell-Video Top 50 Charts with an estimated 1,457 units sold in its first week.[2] It remained on the charts for a total of 2 weeks, with total sales estimated at 2,011 units.[3]
