The battle between Keisuke Takahashi and the Altezza Guys is the twenty-ninth battle of Initial D. This is a manga exclusive battle.
It is not specified when this battle happens, but due to when it was released, it's presumed that it is between the two Todo School battles.
Prior to the Battle[]
Keisuke Takahashi was practicing at Akagi uphill on an early morning for his Project D battles when suddenly a girl appeared in front of him after a corner. Keisuke stops in front of her, to find out the girl wanted to go to the gas station down the hill, but she could not walk any further. Keisuke was not happy to take her in his car and he actually planned to call Kenta or other RedSuns member on top, but found nobody. As they were waiting on the top, two guys in a Toyota Altezza were driving uphill, searching for a girl. When they reached the place where Keisuke stopped at, they recognized the girl and asked her to get in their car. Keisuke then asked them if they knew this girl. The driver of the Altezza threw a fit on Keisuke at first, but the other guy, on realizing it was Keisuke they were arguing with, told the driver and they both panicked and sprinted away.
During the Battle[]
Keisuke told the girl to get in his FD and began to chase the Altezza. On realizing Keisuke was chasing them, the Altezza guys began to get more panicked, resulting in them crashing off the road in entrance of a corner. Keisuke passes the Altezza without noticing them as the car was hidden below the corner. The Altezza guys breathe a sigh of relief, as Keisuke passes them, wondering if he had been smoked by two hooligans in a sedan.
After the Battle[]
Keisuke drops the girl at a railway station. When he was about to leave, the girl hands him her phone number to call her or to be on a date, but Keisuke ignored it and zoomed past her in his car.
Trivia[]
- This is the only manga exclusive battle to not appear in any other sources of media, as both the impromptu battle between Keisuke and Takeshi Nakazato, as well as Takumi Fujiwara's impromptu battle in Tsukamoto's 180SX appeared in Special Stage (the former also appeared in Legend 3).
