The Nissan GT-R is a high-performance sports car and grand tourer produced by Nissan that was unveiled in 2007. It is the successor to the Skyline GT-R, although no longer part of the Skyline range itself. The GT-R Nismo was revealed in 2013, and received a visual update in 2017.
This car is based on Shun Aiba's Nissan GT-R Nismo from MF Ghost, a sequel to Initial D by Shuichi Shigeno. Aiba uses the car to compete in MFG, a racing competition exclusive to cars with combustion engines (as they have been banned from public use) founded by Ryo Takahashi. In the third year of MFG, Aiba placed in 9th, and so is car number 9.
