Mrs. Inui (信司の母親 Shinji no hahaoya, literally "Shinji's Mother") is the widowed mother of Shinji Inui. She had an unnamed husband who used to partake in rally racing with his AE86, whom passed away later on due to unknown circumstances.

- Mrs. Inui's model in Initial D Arcade Stage 7 AAX lacks legs, likely because she is only seen in the passenger seat of her Eight-Six during a cutscene.
- This model is also present in Arcade Stage 8 Infinity, where it is unused.
- Her model is called "Mama", likely short for "Shinji no Mama" (Shinji's Mama).
