"Next" is a song performed by Michiko Neya and Yumi Kakazu as their characters Mako Sato and Sayuki. It is a Japanese cover of the song "Feel Like A Queen" by Chilu. The song was used as the ending theme for Initial D Extra Stage. It was released in the Initial D Extra Stage Original Sound Tracks album on February 21st 2001.
Ending Animation[]
The ending begins with Mako driving her SilEighty, after two covers, the car lefts the camera behind. The credits starts to roll, with a small box in the upper left corner, which displays several scenes from both acts of Extra Stage. At the end, the SilEighty reappears coming out of a curve, when she suddenly crosses to the side of Takumi's AE86, both cars keep their path and leave the place. The screen goes to white and shows a text on screen: "See you next time on the movie".
