The Nissan 180SX Type X (RPS13) was part of the second generation of the Nissan 180SX. It is often known as the "180SX" or the "180".

Information[]

The Nissan 180SX is a fastback car based on the S13 chassis from the Nissan S platform. It gets its name from the CA18DET engine that early 180SX models had. The engine was changed to a SR20DET in 1991, however the name remained unchanged.

Alongside an engine upgrade, the 180SX was given a facelift in 1994. The 1994 line-up of the 180SX had two trim levels: the Type R (standard), and the Type X (advanced).
