Ren Nogami's Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution

Ren Nogami's Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR (CE9A), known as the Lan Evo, or as the Evo III, is one of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolutions of Emperor owned by Ren Nogami.

History[]

Ren Nogami and Satake was sent by Kyoichi Sudo to scout the Usui area. On reaching there, Impact Blue arrived with their SilEighty. On seeing they were women drivers on a Silvia, Satake mocks them for claiming to be the fastest on Usui. Angered, Mako accepts the challenge for a battle which Satake proposed. Ren warned Satake on not to battle, but he gives in to Satake's demand that a small battle will only result in their victory.

Afterwards on hearing Satake crashed into a guardrail in the C-121 corner, Ren arrived in his Evo III to check on the former. Satake was fine, but asks Ren on not to tell about this battle to Kyoichi.

Specs[]

The car is a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR, chassis code CE9A. It is painted in Scotia White.

Engine[]

The Evo III is fitted with a 4G63T, a turbocharged engine. The cars actual output is unknown, but a stock model could produce 273PS.

Even though his car was only shown once in the anime in Extra Stage, some similar looking white Evo IIIs can be seen at Irohazaka in Third Stage. It's possible one of these could be his.
